Browne is the sole founder, owner and CEO of Modern Metal Academy and at his side, are his highly driven, ambitious team of like minded professionals, who are raising the bar and setting higher standards across the board. For the past 12 months, Browne and his team have been finding ways to completely revolutionise Modern Metal education for musicians, with a strong focus on supporting and nurturing players through their learning experience. If you've learnt from Browne previously, you will be familiar with his signature teaching style and recognisable lesson structure which have improved the playing of 1000's of guitar players worldwide. At Modern Metal Academy, you can continue to expect Browne's exceptionally professional and thoughtful approach to guitar tuition. But what really sets us apart from the rest, is that we are not just uploading random lessons for the sake of "content". We are not just going to give you "cool licks" to play for a quick fix, in an unorganised format that results in frustration. We care about your guitar playing journey and we want to see you achieve your ambitions. We are going to permanently re-programme all of your bad habits through highly considered exercises, displayed in a methodical way, which will level up your playing like never before. If you can play chords and strum along to your favourite songs, you'll easily learn from Modern Metal Academy. However, we currently cannot accommodate total beginners. If you are still unsure, please check out our free area which includes trial lessons, for you to try out before you commit to a membership.

We currently offer three membership levels: Free Area - which is free for life and no credit card details are required. Monthly Membership - which is £29.99 per month, billed monthly. All of our learning pathways and collections are recorded using a 6-string guitar to be inclusive. However, you're welcome to use a 7/8/9 string guitar or a 276-string Chapman Stick if you prefer. Download the tabs and if required you can transcribe it to suit your instrument of choice.
